The Most Important Way to Support an Author

Promise’s Prayer has been published for two years! This calls for a celebration, so as a gift to you, I’ve reduced to the ebook price to less than a dollar for the week.
But I have something to share on the theme of Promise’s Prayer that’s far more important. If you can only help me on my writing journey in one way, don’t buy my books, review them, or even share them with others. Do this instead.

Book 5 Title Reveal!

As some of you may know, I have a very special project underway: writing Book 5 of Truth from Taerna. This is Kelton’s story – the older of Kaelan’s two younger brothers. I’ve been plotting, outlining, discovering Kelton’s personality, and making notes in preparation for writing his story this November. The plan is to complete the first draft during the month, and accomplishing that as a full-time mother of little ones requires very careful planning.

This is a story I’m quite excited about. It centers on a subject and themes very important to my life, and I can’t wait to journey with Kelton and find out just how deep these issues in his life are.

Here’s what the book is about:

Behind his big brown eyes, Kelton holds a lifetime of secrets. When the sudden death of co-king Daemien throws all Taerna into turmoil, Kelton’s memories prove crucial and his hyper-analytical skills essential. But will his quiet, home-loving soul crumble under the pressure of intense public scrutiny? And why does he disappear for two hours every day?

And now . . . the title!

Yes, Memory’s Mind. And, just for fun, here’s the mock cover I put together for a temporary placeholder cover for the book until the real cover is ready for reveal:

If you’re participating in NaNoWriMo this November, feel free to add me!

What do you think of the title? What do you think of the mock cover? What do you think of the blurb? What would interest you about this story? Is the anything you think I ought to include in my plotting (hint, hint: you just might influence the book! Now’s the time!)?
